My package is damaged. What should I do?
We carefully package our carriers so that they arrive in tact, however in the event of damage, we will require photo proof of the damage and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made. Please contact us as soon as possible and enclose photographic evidence of the damage. We will refund or replace your carrier at our discretion.
We will not accept any items back that have been used, unless the product is faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Orders made before midday (Mon-Fri) will be processed on the same day and should expect to receive within three (3) to five (5) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Orders received after midday or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately at contact@chibulondon.com and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
How do you ship out orders?
All your orders are sent via Parcelforce or UPS.
How long does the Tobe Carrier keep cool?
Our carriers are not cooler bags. The Tobe carrier is insulated to keep the temperature of your cake whilst transporting from your home to your client.
